Innovation is everywhere. Opportunity isn't.

10th House helps founders, investors, and institutions build the conditions that turn ambitious ideas into lasting companies, stronger ecosystems, and generational wealth.

Through founder advisory, institutional readiness, ecosystem strategy, and venture partnerships, we connect talent, capital, and opportunity beyond traditional markets.

Strong ecosystems aren't built by finding better founders. They're built by creating better conditions for founders to win.

Most businesses do not need venture capital. The ones that do need capital, customers, and conviction.

10th House exists because some of the most important companies solving real problems are being built far from the places where capital and attention naturally flow. Our work strengthens the relationships between founders, investors, universities, corporations, and communities so innovation can compound over time.

Meet the Founder

10th House was founded by Anastasia Nicole Simon, an operator, entrepreneur, and investor working at the intersection of venture, innovation, and ecosystem development.

Her work spans founder advisory, institutional readiness, AI education, and support for emerging fund managers and accelerators. Through partnerships with startups, universities, corporations, and entrepreneurial organizations, she helps founders prepare for moments of growth—from customer acquisition to fundraising and exit.

Before venture capital, Anastasia built her career as an operator and entrepreneur. That perspective continues to shape the work at 10th House: practical over performative, outcomes over optics, and a belief that the next generation of great companies will emerge from places and people too often overlooked.

MarktReady

Building the future of venture infrastructure.

We believe:

  • Talent is everywhere; opportunity is not.

  • Customers matter more than fundraising headlines.

  • Capital should recognize innovation, not dictate where it happens.

  • The venture industry spends too much time searching for founders who resemble yesterday's winners and not enough time recognizing tomorrow's.

The name 10th House comes from astrology, where the tenth house governs career, reputation, and legacy. That idea sits at the center of our work.

We are interested in helping founders, investors, and institutions build things that outlast them.

Build something that lasts.

10th House works with founders, fund managers, accelerators, universities, and organizations investing in the future of innovation.
